About Us

The International Chinese Arts Society of Americas is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to international artists for arts exchange and collaboration. Art has no boundaries and connects us in ways that words alone cannot. We bring communities together locally and worldwide to celebrate different cultures and facilitate mutual respect and trust.

The International Chinese Arts Society of Americas aims to provide a platform for international exchange, collaboration, and development for artists based in the U.S./China and overseas by means of organization, collection, exchange, and exhibition. By hosting live or online gallery exhibitions and live demonstrations of calligraphy and painting, as well as other activities in the United States and other countries, we will be able to help the artists to develop their artistic talents internationally, also to enhance their international popularity, and to inherit and promote the Chinese traditional culture and traditional arts, that will promote international humanistic exchanges and the prosperity and development of Eastern and Western arts.

In April 2019, the Society supported by ABD International, LLC, together with the West Chester University of Pennsylvania, invited a delegation from the Beijing Guoyi People’s Institute of Calligraphy and Painting (a group of 12 representatives, of which 10 were outstanding painters and calligraphers from all over China) to visit and promote Sino-American cultural and art exchanges, and successfully held the First Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition. During the 4-day event, the exhibition put on many live demonstrations and teaching sessions at the John H Baker Art Gallery of West Chester University. The collection was unprecedented, attracting many people from all walks of life, both inside and outside the school. It was deeply loved and greatly appreciated by everyone, and it started a new chapter for promoting excellent Chinese culture and arts!
